Butter Ensaymadas, established Jan 2022 by founder Nicholas Adrian N. del Rosario who had a vision to re-establish a leading Ensaymada brand in partnership with Ma Melianthe Santos Ching. The vision of Butter Ensaymadas is to build a leading bakery enterprise delivering a soft, buttery and heavenly experience. The ensaymada is a Filipino bakery staple and a traditional breakfast or merienda delight for all target audiences and ages.

Formerly the supplier of all Ensaymadas for one of the largest global coffee chains, we believe the established customer base from this prior partnership provides the backbone and experience of a customer base following. The butter ensaymada was the #1 best-selling pastry and beloved by patrons of this global coffee chain in Manila, Philippines.

Today, Butter Ensaymada’s success is built on it well renowned flavor, taste and prior experience with a re-branded image to re-introduce the pastry. We look to grow and re-introduce the brand across multiple locations in the Metro Manila area through both brick-and-mortar stores and social channels.
